Overall, were you satisfied with what the club achieved, both on and off the field, in 2014?
The club were really satisfied with season 2014 – we had over 200 players across age groups U8-U17’s who represented the club with pride. Our Under 10’s took home the Lightning Premiership and of our 3 competitive teams to make finals, two made it to the Grand Final and although they weren’t winners on the day they acquitted themselves fantastically and are hungry for success in season 2015. We were very proud of our Under 12 Captain Cooper Foulis being a joint winner of EFL Best & Fairest for his division.
Our home ground Barngeong Reserve was redeveloped, which was the culmination of years of planning between the club and local council, and is a great step in Croydon Junior Football Club’s future. Throughout the year the Junior committee worked hard on strengthening our links with our senior club, our Auskick and sponsors.
Approximately how many teams do you think you will field in 2015?

What has the feeling been like around the club over the pre-season?
The club are very excited to be playing on our newly upgraded ground for season 2015.
Our older players have been training hard throughout the pre-season and are ready and raring to go.
If you had to pick one, which team do you think is the club’s best chance of winning a premiership this season?
Our U11s are an upcoming and promising group of players. I like their chance this season.
Is there a particular age group of players that you need as soon as possible to fill a team ahead of Round 1?
We are looking for some more Under 15’s for season 2015
