VERMONT COACHES WANTED
The Vermont Football Club invites candidates to register their interest for the following positions for the 2023 season :-
· Assistant Senior Coach
· Reserves Coach
· Under 19.5 Coach
· Women’s Coach
· Women’s Development Coach
Job Description/expectations:
· Experience playing/coaching at this level (or higher) is preferred, but not necessary
· Level 1 (or higher) Coaching Cert – this can be completed over pre-season
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a coaching team
· Involvement in preparation + delivery of training
· Active engagement in 2-way feedback w/ players, coaches, committee etc
· Willingness to support and challenge others in critical football development
· Development of young players
· Participation in an “all of club” philosophy – juniors/19’s/women’s/seniors
· Attendance at training 2 times per week in pre-season + practice matches
· Attendance at training 2 times per week in-season + games
· Attendance at club functions where possible
· Any other roles, with agreement, in consultation during the year
