Congratulations to netball umpires Belinda Catarinozzi, Bree Riley and Kiarrah Owen who received awards on Friday night for their 2024 season.
Belinda was awarded Best Umpire of the Year for the second year in a row, with Bree Riley awarded the Umpire Coaches Award and Kiarrah Best New Umpire having joined the league this season.
The league also extended their thanks to Raechel Richards who announced she is stepping down as Umpire Manager following 10 seasons with the league.
We thank Raechel for her exceptional leadership and guidance of the umpiring group throughout this time.
Whilst Raechel steps down from her role, we look forward to being able to continue working with Raechel within numerous areas including umpire education and umpire development.
