THE Upper Ferntree Gully Football Club would like to announce that Chad Rogers has been appointed senior coach for 2014.
Chad’s knowledge of the game and career consists of many prestigious awards:
– Senior captain
– Senior Best & Fairest
– EFL Division 2 League Best & Fairest
Over the past two years, he has led Montrose’s Development Squad to consecutive Reserves premierships, going through both seasons undefeated as a playing-coach.
He has also been an assistant coach with Montrose’s senior premiership side and an Eastern Rangers Fitness Coach.
Kings president Andrew Derksen says the club is looking forward to Rogers’ services.
‘With his career as a teacher, Chad Rogers is a great role model and will be an asset in developing Upper’s young list of players,’ Derksen said.
