It is with regret that after a season at the helm of the leagues junior operations, the Eastern Football Netball League (EFNL) has accepted the resignation of Manager – Junior Football Chris Pope
EFNL General Manager – Football Operations praised Pope’s commitment to innovation within the league during his tenure.
“Chris came into the role in a time of significant change and innovation within the league and drove a number of our key programs”
“From 9-A-Side football to the introduction of Silent Sunday, he backed and promoted every initiative for the betterment of the game in the region.”
Pope was thankful of the time spent involved with the League.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with some great people over not just in the office but at clubs as well.”
Pope will finish with the League on Friday, March 27.
At this stage the league will not be appointing a replacement into the Manager – Junior Football position. Please be advised that during this time, all communications regarding junior football should be directed to Dyson Baker (junior boys) & Jessie Mulholland (junior girls)
