Brett Moyle – North Ringwood Football Club
Moyle’s ability to develop a local playing list has seen North Ringwood climb from third division to first division football in the Eastern Football League. A strong focus on the fundamentals, both in skill and games sense, has his playing group well equipped to handle any match situation.
Moyle’s planning and preparation for games is meticulous, particularly in respect to opposition analysis and game-day strategy. On top of the game-style, he always has a clear plan for each game which is practiced during the week and reinforced on match day. Player feedback is provided verbally on Tuesday nights where he outlines the key areas to each player.
He is also focused on the junior program where he and the playing group play a significant role in attending training sessions and match day. He has also worked closely with the Under 19 team to identify and develop players to make the step up into senior football.
