Off field

  1. Club membership growth

· Implementation of strategic plan and additional policies to drive agenda and continual improvement

· Significant improvement in behaviour on field and off

· Increased number of volunteers

  1. Coaches meetings commenced including Junior and Senior coaches to drive game plans and training implementation

On field

  1. Three of four competitive teams making finals and individual achievements with 2 league B&F winners and 1 runner up

Approximately how many teams do you think you will field in 2015?

10 Teams What has the feeling been like around the club over the pre-season?

Very positive, with new committee formed and increase in committee size, the club will continue to see improvement . 2015 planning commenced well ahead of previous years, with all coaching positions filled in September 2014 to enable communication to members. If you had to pick one, which team do you think is the club’s best chance of winning a premiership this season?

Our Under 12 team

Is there a particular age group of players that you need as soon as possible to fill a team ahead of Round 1?

We could do with additional numbers in U8’s / U9 / U10 /U11 / U12 / U13 / U14

Majority of teams are a handful of players short.
