Eastern Football League Chairman Graham Halbish is pleased to announce that Paul Barlow has joined the EFL Board under secondment.
Barlow brings to the Board a wealth of football and corporate experience.
Currently Director International at carsales.com.au, he brings to the Board significant experience in the on-line and digital landscape, a key focus of the league.
Barlow’s footballing background is well known to many in the East. A former Knoxfield/Scoresby junior, after stints at Richmond (AFL) and Port Melbourne (VFA), Barlow has been involved as a player and/or coach in premierships with Vermont and Rowville across all four senior EFL divisions. In addition he has coached at junior level for many years.
Halbish said the addition of Barlow will further strengthen the Board. “Paul’s strong digital and on-line knowledge along with his football background and passion for the EFL make him a tremendous addition for the league”.
“His football and management experience will assist the Board in continuing to provide guidance and support to the administration.
“We welcome Paul to the Board and look forward to him providing a valuable contribution over the coming years”.
