The Bayswater Football Netball Club is seeking a new senior coach for the 2025 season, see below for more information from the club.
The Bayswater Football Netball Club was established in 1895 and is currently in Division One of the Eastern Football Netball League. We are fortunate to be based at Bayswater Oval, the home of the EFNL Premier Division Finals.
We pride ourselves on our rich history, loyal supporter base base, and a fantastic culture. As a cornerstone of our community, we’re looking for a dynamic and innovative coaches or the 2025 Season and beyond:
Men’s Senior Coach
Men’s Senior Assistant Coaches
Men’s Reserves Coach
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic game plans and training programs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate players to achieve their best on and off the field.
- Collaborate with coaching staff, analysts, and management to refine team strategies and performance.
- Willingness to implement overall club goals and vision.
- Potential to recruit players to the club.
- Engage with sponsors and members to build the club’s brand and foster community support.
Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of the modern game’s strategies, rules, and trends.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a passion for developing talent and driving team success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum Level 1 coaching accreditation.
