The East Ringwood Football Club is seeking applications for the position of U19 Coach for season 2023
Too many coaches have been heard to say “if only I had the cattle” …we believe at ERFC we do!
Whether you are an experienced coach, assistant coach or a recently retired player and are looking to coach a team outright, then this is a fantastic opportunity!
Thanks to the ERJFC and the pathway created by both clubs…ERFC currently possesses a great depth of talented young footballers in this age bracket.
On the back of COVID our football model means the club is more than ever fully committed in providing the necessary resources and support to generate success for the immediate and the future.
Applicants will need to demonstrate:
- A strong commitment to grow, develop, mentor and teach young footballers
- Possess the ability to communicate and relate to young adults
- Be highly organised and have a club first attitude
- Support the Senior Coach with the implementation of the Clubs Football program
- Previous coaching/playing experience is desirable, but the role will be offered to the right person.
- Level 1 Coaching Accreditation
A remuneration package will be negotiated based on experience.
