The Eastern Football Netball League and TidyHQ are excited to announce a new digital partnership.

The partnership will see the TidyHQ platform be made available to all clubs and their administrators for at least the next two years.

TidyHQ combines all the administration tasks that volunteers often wrestle with into one easy to use platform which has unrivalled ease for administrators to collaborate, communicate and hand over to the next generation – a ready-made governance and succession platform.

EFNL CEO Troy Swainston said that TidyHQ was a great resource for clubs.

“The response so far has been incredible, and we’re thrilled to engage TidyHQ to help EFNL clubs get ready for the 2021 season,” explained Swainston.

“TidyHQ and the Eastern Football Netball League share a passion for community football and finding ways to support our volunteers. We’re excited to make the running of community clubs and a better experience for the volunteers who run them.”

“TidyHQ and the EFNL have combined to deliver a powerful platform with a simple system for all volunteers, regardless of technical aptitude and is another example of the League’s commitment to bringing innovative products to volunteers to make running a football club easier.”

TidyHQ CEO Isaak Dury expressed his excitement on the new partnership and helping all volunteers.

“Volunteers running a football club is one of the sports most undervalued roles, but also most critical for a football organisation and competition to stay in shape,” said Dury.

“With TidyHQ, volunteers will find it easier than ever to achieve their club’s goals, attract more volunteers to help and have an easier time handing over duties.”

TidyHQ, features built-in contacts database, event management, communication, finance modules and more to help volunteers share the load while adding instant governance to their organisation. With powerful integrations with third parties like Zoom, Mailchimp, Dropbox and soon Xero, it means volunteers can use the tools best fit to do their job and get back to enjoying the football.

The TidyHQ platform seamlessly integrates with the SportsTG registration platform to synchronise players information. TidyHQ also offers automated meeting minutes, website functionality and automated task reminders and follow up, alerting those that need to know when things need to get done.

The Eastern Football Netball League has 50 affiliated member clubs and over 80 Senior and Junior clubs, with an estimated 7,000 hard working volunteers that culminate in bringing together this successful community-based competition for upwards of 15,000 participants.
