THE ROWVILLE FOOTBALL CLUB INC. AFFILIATED WITH THE EASTERN FOOTBALL NETBALL LEAGUE AND WITH AN OUTSTANDING JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. SEEK SUITABLE QUALIFIED APPLICANTS FOR A SENIOR COACHING POSITION FOR THE 2021 SEASON.
We are a community-based club with teams from Under 8s through to seniors. The club has been extremely competitive in Division One playing finals in 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018 and again last season in the newly formed Premier Division.
We are looking for a person with high standards, strong leadership skills, and an appetite to develop young footballers.
As such these skills are considered vital for this role.
The suitable applicant must have excellent communication skills, be professional in behaviours, have a mature approach to football and be able to assist in developing the Rowville Football Club overall.
With a young and developing list we are seeking someone focussed on nurturing and developing young players, so to give every player on our list the opportunity to play senior football.
The ability to support the U19 and Development coaches to ensure full list management is achieved is a vital requirement for this role.
You will also be expected to work within a strong football administration.
Having previous senior playing or coaching experience is an advantage.
