The Lilydale Football & Netball Club is seeking applications for the position of Senior Football Coach for the 2021 season.

Competing in Division One, The Lilydale Football & Netball Club is one of the oldest clubs in the Eastern Football Netball League.

Selection Criteria below:

  • We are looking for a person with high standards, strong leadership skills and an appetite to develop young footballers
  • The suitable applicant must have excellent communication skills, be professional in behaviours, have a mature approach to football and be able to assist in developing the Lilydale Football Netball Club overall
  • With a young and developing list we are seeking someone focussed on nurturing and developing young players, to give every player on our list the opportunity to play senior football
  • The ability to support the Reserves and U19’s coaches to ensure full list management is achieved is a vital requirement for this role
  • You will also be expected to work within a strong football administration
  • Previous Senior Coaching experience will be considered an advantage

All applicants must have a level 1 coaching accreditation (at minimum), or be prepared to complete it in early 2021.

Due to the strength of applications already received, LFNC will be abbreviating the submission window for further applications to FRIDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER.
