The Lilydale Football & Netball Club is seeking applications for the position of Senior Football Coach for the 2021 season.
Competing in Division One, The Lilydale Football & Netball Club is one of the oldest clubs in the Eastern Football Netball League.
Selection Criteria below:
- We are looking for a person with high standards, strong leadership skills and an appetite to develop young footballers
- The suitable applicant must have excellent communication skills, be professional in behaviours, have a mature approach to football and be able to assist in developing the Lilydale Football Netball Club overall
- With a young and developing list we are seeking someone focussed on nurturing and developing young players, to give every player on our list the opportunity to play senior football
- The ability to support the Reserves and U19’s coaches to ensure full list management is achieved is a vital requirement for this role
- You will also be expected to work within a strong football administration
- Previous Senior Coaching experience will be considered an advantage
All applicants must have a level 1 coaching accreditation (at minimum), or be prepared to complete it in early 2021.
