THE ROWVILLE FOOTBALL CLUB INC. AFFILIATED WITH THE EASTERN FOOTBALL NETBALL LEAGUE AND WITH AN OUTSTANDING JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SEEK SUITABLE QUALIFIED APPLICANTS FOR A SENIOR PLAYING ASSISTANT COACHING POSITION FOR THE 2021 SEASON.
We are looking for a person with high standards, strong leadership skills, and an appetite to develop young footballers.
As such these skills are considered vital for this role.
The suitable applicant must have excellent communication skills, be professional in behaviours, have a mature approach to football and be able to assist in developing the Rowville Football Club overall.
With a young and developing list we are seeking someone focussed on nurturing and developing young players, so to give every player on our list the opportunity to play senior football.
The ability to support the U19 and Development coaches, whilst working alongside the Senior coach Ben Wise and Senior Assistant James Gwilt to ensure full list management is achieved is a vital requirement for this role.
Having previous coaching experience is an advantage.
