North Ringwood Football club in the Eastern Football Netball League is seeking a Senior assistant coach.
The appointee will work closely with Robbie Nahas the senior coach and the football operations team where they are expected to contribute to all areas of training including player fitness, skill improvement and adaption of a game plan. The role on match days is to be the main person on the bench that follows the directions of game plan and can adjusts to match day situations.
The applicant will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organised have proved ability to work independently and within a team environment. The person is expected to adhere to the current club culture and values and help the players understand the direction of the club.
The club believes that this group of players requires a leader that is willing to grow players football knowledge teach them to understand the complexity of the game plan and their role to be a selfless team player. Previous experience in coaching or a working background in a developing education role would be preferred.
