Prep to Play



Congratulations to the following clubs who participated in the Prep to Play injury prevention project in 2021 and 2022. Teams were offered a free Prep to Play workshop, program materials, and support at training by a local physiotherapist. Thank you for your commitment to optimising the health and performance of women and girls!

Prep to Play is an injury prevention program containing warm-up, strength (instead of cool down) and football skills components, designed specifically for women and girls playing community football.
