The Eastern Football League is pleased to announce that Elle Dow has been appointed to an AFL Victoria Football Development Manager (FDM) role in the eastern metropolitan region.

Elle replaces Matt Young who has recently transferred to a FDM central Melbourne role.

Elle will predominantly work with clubs in the southern region (south of Canterbury Road) of our footprint.

Elle may be known to many within the EFL having worked in a game development officer role, predominantly in the eastern metro region where she has delivered school clinics (Sporting Schools/multicultural /after-school programs), Auskick clinics, talent programs and AFL club holiday programs.

Elle also has a great understanding of the community club environment having been involved as a parent, player, coach and more recently a community club committee member.

Prior to working in the football industry, Elle fulfilled roles within the Department of Justice.

Elle will commence her new role at the EFL offices on Monday, July 23.
