Eastland Volunteer of the Week | Wendy Langford

Behind every sporting club and league, there’s a great amount of volunteers who give up their hours of their week all for the love of the game. 

The Eastern Football Netball League and Eastland would like to thank some of the hard-working members in the community by recognising them through the Volunteer of the Week award.

Wendy Langford from the South Croydon Football Netball Club has been nominated as this week’s winner of the Eastland Volunteer of the week award.

Wendy has been on the South Croydon committee for almost ten years and has worked as the club’s Head Trainer for the last eight years.

She’s done a fantastic job at her time with the club, also having two sons, Josh and Luke and two daughters, Molly and Sarah, all playing at the club.

Thanks to Eastland, Wendy has been awarded with a 50 dollar Eastland Town Square Gift Card.
