Eastland Volunteer of the Week

Behind every sporting club and league, there’s a great amount of volunteers who give up their hours of their week all for the love of the game.

The Eastern Football Netball League and Eastland would like to thank some of the hard-working members in the community by recognising them through the Volunteer of the Week award.

Craig Jackson from the Ringwood Football Club has been nominated as the latest winner of the Eastland Volunteer of the week award.

Craig has well known around the club as ‘Jacko’.

He’s done a fantastic job as bar manager and working on the BBQ on game day at Ringwood for every home game.

Craig is always at the ground early at 9am to set up, be behind the BBQ all day cooking Ringwood’s very popular Schnitzel Burgers until the seniors are finished before serving behind the bar until close.

Thanks to Eastland, Craig has been awarded with a 50 dollar Eastland Town Square Gift Card.
