The Fairpark Football Club invites candidates to register their interest for the following positions for the 2023 season:
- Assistant Senior Coach (Playing or non-playing)
- Reserves Coach
- Women’s Assistant Senior Coach
Job Description/expectations:
- Experience playing/coaching is preferred, but not necessary
- Level 1 (or higher) Coaching Cert – this can be completed over pre-season
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a coaching team
- Involvement in preparation + delivery of training
- Active engagement in 2-way feedback w/ players, coaches, committee etc
- Willingness to support and challenge others in critical football development
- Development of young players
- Attendance at all training sessions, practice matches and games across the season
- Attendance at club functions where possible
