For the first time in the league's history, the Eastern Football Netball League's Senior Women's competition will have six divisions.
A total of 42 teams will compete this season across the six divisions, from Premier Division to Division Five.
Entering the competition this season is Balwyn, Templestowe and Norwood.
Balwyn will make up one of six sides competing in Division One. Penny Cula-Reid has been announced as the inaugural Head Coach for our Balwyn FC Senior Women’s team, having a wealth of experience at VFLW level, including coaching the Collingwood VFLW team to a premiership in 2019.
Both Norwood and Templestowe return to the competition this season for the first time since 2019, the two clubs playing off in Division Five.
Senior Women's football will also now feature on ANZAC Day with South Croydon hosting Boronia at Cheong Park before the Senior Men's clash between South Croydon and Blackburn.
Round One is set to take place on Saturday, April 12th.
