2021 AUSKICK VOLUNTEER AWARDS

EFNL Auskick Coordinator Extraordinary Debut: Kylee Mather – Chirnside Park Auskick Centre

In Kylee’s first year of Auskick Coordinator at Chirnside Park she was able to achieve a massive 56% increase in registrations from 2019. The growth in her numbers was a direct result of Kylee’s exceptional communication and marketing skills in local schools and the broader community.

Kylee’s understands the importance of connecting Auskick to the junior and senior club and was able to drive Chirnside Park players across all divisions assisting with coaching at the centre. Congratulations Kylee.

EFNL Auskick Coordinator of the Year Award: Lauren Dalton – Rowville Hawks Auskick Centre

Lauren has gone above and beyond during the 2021 Auskick Season. She has not only created great opportunities for her Auskicker’s to be a part of transition events, but also made her kids feel valued and excited about footy during Melbourne’s lockdowns.

Lauren ensured her kids had a fantastic experience by not only promoting colouring competitions and the Auskick Online Sessions, but also by sending her kids a Participation Certificate and a Auskick Medal during lockdown so they still felt that sense of achievement and belonging in the Rowville Hawks program. Well done Loz!
